Alevyn uses SMS notifications to deliver system generated account and risk related notifications.

By providing your phone number and explicitly opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Alevyn related to recorded review signals, account activity, onboarding events, and other non promotional system notifications.

Phone numbers are collected only when a customer intentionally provides their number during onboarding, demo follow up, or account setup and enables SMS notifications.

SMS is used as a secondary notification channel. Additional context and details are provided through email or the Alevyn platform.

Message frequency varies based on account activity.
