Alevyn Capture

Document the incident like it will be questioned. Because it will be.

Alevyn Capture turns field incidents into sealed, timestamped records: photo and video evidence, notes, and decisions, captured in seconds and engineered as a legal instrument first.

The Gap

The record you need is the one nobody kept.

Tickets prove a task was closed. They do not prove what the scene looked like, what was decided, or when leadership knew. That gap between what happened and what can be shown is the liability window, and it is where cost gets decided.

The Mechanism

Capture. Seal. Amend. Verify.

01

Capture

Photos, video, and notes recorded at the scene in seconds, by the person standing in front of it.

02

Seal

Each record is sealed with a server timestamp at submission. Tamper-evident from that moment forward.

03

Amend

New information is added as append-only amendments. The original record never changes. The additions become part of the story, in order.

04

Verify and export

Any record can be re-verified for integrity at any time and exported as operational proof for ownership, counsel, or carriers.

Documentation Integrity

What sealing means, plainly.

When a record is submitted, Alevyn computes a seal and applies a server timestamp. If the record is altered afterward, verification fails. That is the whole claim: not that records cannot be attacked, but that changes cannot hide. The seal is computed and verified by Alevyn's servers, and verification is reproducible on demand.

Role-Aware Workflows

From the scene to the decision, with names attached.

Maintenance techs and onsite staff capture. Site managers review. Regionals escalate. Asset managers decide. Every step is recorded with a person and a timestamp, so each incident moves through a closed accountability loop instead of dying in a text thread.

Capture Speed

Under a minute, or it doesn't happen.

Field documentation fails when it is slow. Capture is built for gloves-on speed: photos, a short note, submit. The seal, the timestamp, and the routing happen on their own.

Who It's For

Built for the people who answer for the portfolio.

Asset managers and portfolio managers own the cost when documentation fails. Capture gives them a portfolio-wide record of incidents, amendments, and decisions. Insurance brokers use the same records to bring documented operational history into renewal conversations.

Two stages. The first one costs nothing.
